Will Smart Choice build for me if I already have a lot?
Yes, we will be happy to build on land you have already acquired.
What if I don’t have a house plan yet?
No house plan? No problem! We have a portfolio of plans for you to choose from. We may be able to adjust our plans to meet your needs, just ask.
Is Smart Choice a custom home builder?
Yes! Smart Choice builds custom and semi-custom homes. We’d be honored to build the home of your dreams by turning your vision into reality.
Does Smart Choice build multi-family properties?
Yes, we do! Smart Choice specializes in small multi-family developments. If you have a multi-family project and need a contractor, give us a call!
Is landscaping and fencing included in my home purchase?
Landscaping is not typically included. However, Smart Choice homes come equipped with the necessary electrical outlets on the exterior of the home in preparation for installation of most residential irrigation pumps and timers. Fencing can be negotiated into the purchase price of the home.
What appliances are included in the purchase of a Smart Choice home?
All Smart Choice homes come equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator.
If I purchase a home that is already in progress, can I still make color and finish selections?
Yes, if selections have not already been made you can pick colors and finishes. This is referred to as a semi-custom home. Semi-custom homes are a great option for those who want a home that’s unique to them without the added stress of planning and developing.
