Yes, we will be happy to build on land you have already acquired.

No house plan? No problem! We have a portfolio of plans for you to choose from. We may be able to adjust our plans to meet your needs, just ask. 

Smart Choice is a semi-custom home builder. There are multiple advantages to purchasing a semi-custom home. They are a great option for buyers who want a say in certain features of their home without the stress of making every decision in the build process. If you’re wondering if a semi-custom home is for you, contact us and we’d be happy to discuss your needs.

Yes, we do! Smart Choice specializes in small multi-family developments. We are currently developing a 20-unit townhome complex in the area. If you have a multi-family project and need a contractor, give us a call!

Landscaping is not typically included. However, Smart Choice homes come equipped with the necessary electrical outlets on the exterior of the home in preparation for installation of most residential irrigation pumps and timers. Fencing can be negotiated into the purchase price of the home. 

All Smart Choice homes come equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator.

Yes, if selections have not already been made you can pick color and finishes.

Although youre not required to have an agent or realtor to purchase a home, there are benefits. Our in house realtor is ready to answer any questions you may have.
